Wartsila Pakistan is looking for a Operative Purchaser for its Lahore Head office.

Position description
1)To supervise procurement team, manages local purchase define strategies and frame work, verifies purchase request quality and correct buying channel align with end user for missing specifications.
2)To ensure all stages of procurement in line with procurement policy proper documentation of all purchases. Correct approvals, low value purchase orders, use existing contracts for purchases. Handles invoices and coordinates issues.
3)Act as single point of contact for all organisation providing assistance when necessary, act as a link between users and purchasing organisation.
4)Coordinates local contracts implement tasks with country managers, category managers and users:
Coordinates plan and provide assistance.
Participate in contract execution
Promote regional and global contracts.
