Finishing Manager – (Garment Division-1 Position)
Job description:
o Capable to achieve the targets and command on the finishing productions and be able to maintained the overtime and cost. o Knowledge of all production processes and their loop holes including fashion garments.
o Capable to Interprets QA failures, analyses the underlying causes and estimates associated costs.
o Must have experienced on the position of Finishing Manager for at least 4 years
o Have the capabilities to handle 25,000 garments per day.
Specification: Required Male, Good communication must be at least graduate. Must have 4/5 years of experience with the same capacity of a well-known organization.
Production Manager – cut to pack (1 Position)
Job description:
o Capable to maintain the production as per targets.
o Production knowledge from cut to pack of garment manufacturing.
o Planning and monitoring production schedules and altering them when necessary- working closely with maintenance technicians to overcome production hold ups, such as machine faults-
o Conversant with the all production parameters. Understand the order requirements and to prepare the layout plan of production.
o Must have work or knowledge of lean manufacturing process.
Specification: Required Male, Good communication must be textile graduate. Must have 4/5 years of experience with the same capacity, of a well-known organization.
Management Trainees – (Garment Division -10 Positions)
Job description:
o Capable to work in any environment and have the capabilities to work in late hours as per requirement.
o Should be energetic and who are willing to make their career in Denim Industry.
Specification: Required Males, Good communication must be Textile Graduates (B.E only) from well-known University. Should have done the internship in any denim company.
