Position: Team Lead – Manufacturing/ Utilities Supervisor/ Process Analyst/ EHS Specialist/ Projects Engineer/ Planning & Reporting Analyst
Reporting to: Various Managers 
Locations: Karachi/ Sahiwal/ Kotri/ Mardan

Main Accountabilities
 Team Leader Manufacturing
Lead, coordinate and organize all production and maintenance related activities in dedicated area of responsibility within established procedures and practices in order to ensure that volumes, performance targets are met while maintaining quality, safety and environmental standards

-Supervisor Utilities 
Develop and implement strategy with productivity initiatives to provide uninterrupted utilities. Lead Energy and cost KPIs and implement Energy saving initiatives by identifying right opportunities also ensure EHS compliance & Local regulations. Manage team to implement inspection & maintenance plan of utilities

-Process Analyst 
Analyze all the performance data of different plants, Initiate process improvements through task teams and track progress through key performance indicators of the department)

-EHS Specialist 
Implement an environmental, health, safety system that prevents injury to employees, prevents damage to the environment and meets legal and company requirements in order to minimize both the number and the severity of accidents to employees or the environment

-Project Engineer
Co-ordinate the ongoing and new engineering projects nationwide, ensure good quality and timely delivery of these projects by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders/vendors

-Planning & Reporting Analyst
Planning/preparing project’s activities and identifying issues and recommending solutions related to systems and processes, timely reporting to all stakeholders about the progress on project

Minimum Requirements
Education
Minimum qualification of Bachelors of Engineering from a reputable institute

Experience
Experience requirement spans from fresh to candidates up to 2 years of relevant experience
