► Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.

► Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
► Willingness to work occasionally outside
of normal business hours.

OPENINGS – 03
RESPONSIBILITIES
► Fix application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
► Resolving urgent and immediate requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment
► Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
► Monitor various production parameters analyze the issues on hand and triage them to concern teams
► Responsible for migration projects, UAT, parallel testing, and regression testing
► Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Verify database and data integrity.
► Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
► Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
DESIRED SKILL SET (not required)
► Tools: Informatica MDM , Splunk ,Patrol
► Experience with Messaging Protocols (e.g. SOAP, WSDL, XML, JSON, HTTP)
► Experience with Unix Scripting
