Position: Manager IR
Education: Minimum LLB with relevant experience
Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing IR function in labour intensive organizatio Responsibilities: Advise Management on strategic matters pertaining to industrial relation function. Manage the IR Section to main cordial relationship between Management and Workers. Ensure Company’s policies and procedures are in compliance with prevailing labour law Hands on experience of handling CBA/COD matters. Incumbent should be fully conversant with employment and labour laws.
